Terms of sale (DRAFT)

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase on kitchentableescapes.com ("Kitchen Table Escapes"). The seller is BookPublisherTools, [legal form, for example sole trader (eenmanszaak) or BV], [street and number], [postcode] [city], the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], VAT ID [VAT ID]. 2. What we sell

Digital, print-at-home game kits in PDF format, delivered as a download. No physical product is shipped. Each product page describes the kit's contents, age range, player count, play time and print needs.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in [currency] and include VAT where it applies [Hans confirms after the tax decision].
• Payment is handled by Stripe. BookPublisherTools is the seller and merchant of record. We do not see or store card details.
• Your card statement shows BPTOOLS* ESCAPE KIT.
• A contract is made when your payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

• After payment, you see a download button and get an email with a download link.
• The link works for 7 days and for up to 5 downloads. You can request a new link through /download-help/ or by email.
• Bank payments that take longer to confirm are delivered when Stripe confirms them.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU or UK, but for digital content it ends when the download is made available, if you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge this at checkout. We ask for that consent in a required checkbox before you pay, and we confirm it in your delivery email. Full details: Refunds and withdrawal.

6. Licence

Buying a kit gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the copyright. You may use it for your own household, your own parties and one classroom. You may not share, resell or publish the files. Full terms: Licence.

7. If something is wrong

Your kit must match its description and work as described. If it does not (for example a broken file or missing pages), email hello@kitchentableescapes.com. We will fix it, send a working file, or refund you. Your legal rights for digital content that does not work as described are not limited by these terms.

8. Liability

• The kits are paper games. An adult host should supervise play, especially with scissors and small parts such as paper fasteners. Children under [age, Hans confirms] should not handle small parts unsupervised.
• Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the kit, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example in cases of intent or gross negligence).

9. Personal data

We use your data only to sell and deliver your kit, and as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to your purchase. Each version has a date and version label.

11. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be set aside by contract.
